Due to a recent diagnosis of Stage III cancer, our cherished teammate, mentor, and friend will be stepping aside from the game they so passionately helped build.
This news has shaken us to our core, as it comes not only as a personal battle for someone we hold dear, but also as a reminder of the fragility of life—even for those who appear so strong, so vibrant, and so full of spirit. For years, they have been a guiding light in our community, inspiring players young and old with their skill, dedication, and unmatched sportsmanship. Now, it’s our turn to offer that same unwavering support in return.
A Legacy on the Court
The impact our friend has made on Space Coast pickleball is immeasurable. Whether you’ve watched them dominate a tournament, participated in one of their clinics, or simply had the pleasure of hitting a few practice balls on a sunny Florida morning, you’ve experienced the grace and grit that defines their presence.

Now, our dear friend faces a challenge greater than any tournament they’ve ever played: a battle with Stage III cancer.
